Deck repair in progress: boards pulled up to expose rotted joists, with drills and tools on the deck.

Water damage, storm repair, and structural work

Repairs that need a licensed contractor: water intrusion, storm damage, and structural work on elevated coastal homes.

IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician, certification #70193958, alongside the general contractor's license — so the drying and the rebuild are the same company.

Water damage and remediation

Source tracing, extraction and drying, affected material removal, and rebuild. Mold and moisture remediation, including crawl spaces and under-house systems.

Storm and wind damage

Roof and envelope repair, siding, soffit, fascia and flashing, windows and doors, screens and porches. Temporary dry-in through to finished rebuild.

Structural repair

Rotted framing, joists, beams, sills, and band boards. Soft and sagging floors, floor system repair, pier and column work, and the deck ledger connections that fail first near the water.

Documentation for your claim

Photographs, moisture readings, and a written scope your adjuster can work from — produced by a licensed general contractor rather than reconstructed after the fact.

Water mitigation in progress: floor opened to the joists and ductwork, with an air mover drying the space.

Remodeling, cleaning, and staying in your home

Remodeling

Kitchens, baths, flooring, interior renovation, and exterior repair. Licensed, insured, and permitted where permits are required.

Cleaning

Deep cleans, seasonal resets, move-in and move-out cleaning, and cleaning after a renovation.

Accessibility and aging in place

Grab bars anchored into framing rather than drywall, zero-threshold showers, ramps, widened doorways, and comfort-height fixtures.

Remodeled walk-in shower with marble-look tile, a pebble-tile floor, and a glass-block window.

Owner's representative

If you are building or renovating a property you cannot get to, somebody should be walking it who works for you.

We review the scope before you sign, visit at the milestones that matter, check pay applications against what is actually built, and run the closeout. You get photographs and a written report after every visit.

Oversight and contracting stay separate. You never pay us to inspect our own work.

How this usually goes

Call and describe the problem. If it needs a visit, we will walk through next steps with you first. If it is a remodel or a structural repair, we will walk the property and talk about scope before anybody puts a number on it.
